Take PCH North. Make a right on Anderson to enter Peter's Landing Complex

From Long Beach/Seal Beach -

Take PCH South. Make a left on Anderson to enter Peter's Landing Complex

From 405 Freeway -

Exit the 405 from Seal Beach Blvd. Go west towards the Pacific Ocean. Make a left onto PCH.
