ABOUT
Core Pilates Center offers small group and private Pilates classes. All classes are taught by Tracy Barden who has over 30 years of experience teaching Pilates to athletes, dancers and fitness clients in Orange County. We only offer small group Pilates classes (3-4 persons) to provide adequate attention and safety for each individual client.
We also offer physical therapy services and sports medicine treatment for patients with a MD prescription for physical therapy. We specialize in treating patients with low back pain, orthopedic/neurological issues and acute/chronic pain. We have been proudly located in Huntington Beach for over twenty years.
Tracy is a licensed physical therapist with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from CSULB (2001). Tracy attended UC Irvine where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance (1993) and she worked in the Sports/Dance Medicine Program providing athletic training and physical therapy to athletes/dancers. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 1991.
Tracy enjoys traveling, mountain biking, dancing flamenco and working as an acute care physical therapist in the ICU for over twenty years.
